Payment is due when you book, and that’s what locks in your appointment. Cash or check at the shoot works too. Your photos are ready to download once the balance is paid in full.
Most of our pricing is based on the home’s square footage. Vacant land is priced by lot size, and commercial projects are quoted based on scope. You’ll find everything on our pricing page.
Photos usually take 1 to 1¼ hours when the home is ready. Video adds about 1 to 1½ hours, and a 3D tour adds roughly 45 minutes to an hour.
Nope. As long as the home is ready, no one needs to be there. Just send us any gate, door, lockbox and alarm codes at least a day before the shoot.
Your appointment is a set block of time on our calendar, so the home should be fully ready when we arrive. We have prep checklists for homes, vacation rentals, new construction and commercial spaces. Just ask and we’ll send you the right one.
Sometimes, depending on our calendar. Photos are delivered the next business day.

Photos are delivered the next business day. Property videos take 3 to 4 days.
You’ll get a link to an online gallery where you can view and download your high-resolution images.
Orlando Home Photography keeps the copyright. When you book and pay, you get a license to use the photos for that property and the purpose you booked them for.
The license covers the client who books and pays. Anyone else who wants to use the photos for their own marketing, like a builder, stager or another agent, needs their own license. Just reach out and we’ll set it up.
The license doesn’t transfer with a sale, a new owner or a new agent. A license transfer is available for a fee.
Life happens, and we get it. You can cancel or reschedule for free as long as you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Just call, text or email.
When you book, we reserve that block of time just for your property, and that usually means turning down other shoots. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, 50% of the booking is kept to cover that reserved time. If you’re paying by cash or check at the shoot, that 50% will be billed.
The same applies if we arrive and can’t access the property (codes don’t work, the lockbox is missing) or the home isn’t ready to photograph. We’ll try to reach you and make it work, but if the shoot can’t go ahead, it’s treated as a late cancellation. If a return visit is needed, any additional trip fee is billed before we head back out.
We can’t fly the drone or expose our cameras to rain, so if the forecast looks rough, we’ll reach out the night before or the morning of to reschedule at no charge. If you’d rather keep the appointment, we’ll shoot the interiors as planned and either skip the exteriors, or come back for them on a separate visit, which will be billed as a trip fee.
Commercial shoots take more planning and a bigger commitment on both sides, so they’re non-refundable. If you need to change the date, let us know at least 48 hours ahead and we’ll apply your payment as a credit toward the new date.
For residential bookings, any refund goes back to your original payment method.
