Before the shoot
Our recommendation
Owners put serious money into making these homes special: the themed rooms, the game room, the pool deck. If it were my property, I’d go with our Lux package, especially on higher-end homes. Don’t get cheap with the marketing.
Most owners use Airbnb to find the first guest, then a direct booking site to turn them into repeat guests. Airbnb doesn’t show video or Matterport tours, so that’s where your direct site does the heavy lifting. We’ll give you media that works for both.

Same pricing as our listing packages, whether you're selling a home or listing it on Airbnb or VRBO. Drone aerials come standard when airspace allows.
Premium: about 25 to 40 fully edited photos with blue-sky exteriors.

Drone is included with every package when we’re able to fly. Some areas near Disney and the Orlando and Kissimmee airports have airspace restrictions, so we check ahead of time and let you know about any known issues before the shoot.
